2. Service description

BESS Integrator markets a curated industrial battery energy storage solution. Headline guarantees referenced on this site (6 months maximum delivery on DDP terms; 10-year hardware and performance warranty) are contractual commitments contained in the project agreement signed between BESS Integrator and each buyer; they are not contractual terms of this website.

3. Use of the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the intake form, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its sub-processors, or interfere with its operation.

4. No warranty (of this site)

The site is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free. Product warranties are addressed in separate, signed project agreements.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Romanian law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of this website is limited to direct damages and excludes any consequential, indirect, or special losses.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.
